Lawyer Maria Cristina Plaiasu, proprietor of the lawyer’s office since 2005.
She is a graduate of the Faculty of Law of Craiova (2002) and doctoral student of the Faculty of Medicine and Pharmacy of Craiova (2020) and she practises, for over 15 ani, as a lawyer of transactions and litigations.
Since 2021 she is a member of the European Association of Health Law (EAHL).
She offered consultancy and law services in Craiova, later in Prahova, Bucharest and Brasov. Since 2013 the headquarters of our law firm is in Craiova, with specialisation mainly in the commercial, fiscal and medical law procedure. She ensured the legal representation in the cases undertaken before the courts of various degrees of jurisdiction, at the same time offering legal consultancy for the purpose of preventing disputes.
As an experienced lawyer, she considers that a prudent conduct, based on competent advice, and a good knowledge of the legislation are key to long-term success in any field.
